Abstract
研究不同浓度(10、20、30 mg/L)的赤霉素(GA3)溶液对东方百合鲜切花的保鲜效果及生理效应的影响.结果表明:试验设计的不同浓度的GA3都能推迟百合花枝鲜重的降低,提高花瓣可溶性蛋白质含量,降低花瓣游离脯氨酸含量,不同程度地延缓东方百合的衰老进程,其中以30 mg/L GA3的保鲜效果最显著.
