Abstract
对新疆产灰枣和骏枣这2种红枣的果肉进行抗压试验,分析灰枣和骏枣果肉硬度、含水率和抗压强度相互间的关系。结果表明,新鲜红枣果肉的含水率与其硬度成负相关关系,与其抗压强度成负线性关系;新鲜果肉的硬度与其抗压强度成正相关关系;抗压强度与贮藏天数成负指数关系;相同条件下,骏枣的抗压强度较灰枣大。
