Abstract
超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术(phacoemulsification，Phaco)治疗原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle closure glaucoma，PACG)、晶状体源性青光眼及原发性开角型青光眼(primary open angle glaucoma，POAG)合并白内障患者均有一定降低眼压、增加前房深度的效果。对于PACG合并白内障患者，Phaco较激光周边虹膜切开术(laser peripheral iridotomy, LPI)可获得更好的疗效。单纯Phaco与Phaco联合房角分离、Phaco联合小梁切除术以及单纯小梁切除术的适应证及效果不同，其术后疗效依患者术前房角状态、眼压、降眼压药物使用数量及视神经损害状态亦不同。 (国际眼科纵览，2022, 46：104-112)
