介绍陈小宁教授治疗脓耳的临床经验.陈教授认为,湿邪是脓耳发病的核心因素,脏腑功能失调是根本病因.其根据脓液的量、色、质、味结合病时进行辨证,主要分为肝胆湿热、脾虚湿蕴、肾虚邪恋三种证型,分别治以清肝泻火、化湿排脓,健脾渗湿、益气排脓,培补肾元、化湿祛腐.用药考虑伴随症状以及证候之间的转变,灵活变通,同时注重病后防复.
