《中国药用植物志》为国家重大出版工程项目、"十二五"国家重点图书,自2008年6月正式启动,前后历经13载.在国家出版基金的支持下,由北京大学药学院艾铁民教授牵头并精心组织全国植物学和药学500多位专家学者,克服各种困难,坚持不懈,久久为功,终于天道酬勤,结成硕果.
