桑叶提取物压片糖果粉体造粒工艺优化

Abstract
为优化桑叶提取物压片糖果的造粒工艺,采用单因素实验分别研究高速造粒机喷枪压力、制粒刀转速和蠕动泵转速对于粉体流动性指数和平均粒径的影响.并在此基础上,选择造粒机喷枪压力、制粒刀转速和蠕动泵转速3个条件为考察因素,以粉体特性指标流动性指数和粉体平均粒径为响应值,采用Design Expert 8.0软件中Box-Benhnken中心组合设计3因素3水平响应面实验.通过建立响应面回归模型并对实验结果进行统计分析,证明了喷枪压力、制粒刀转速和蠕动泵转速对于粉体流动性指数和平均粒径有显著性影响.最优粉体造粒工艺为喷枪压力0.5 MPa,制粒刀转速2600 r/min,蠕动泵转速2.6 r/min,该条件下粉体流动性指数为77.8,平均粒径为127.11μm,具有良好的流动性.
