Abstract
山东化工目前处于转型升级的关键时期,但是受到COVID-19疫情的影响,在科技交流与合作方面严重受阻,相关工作的推进也面临巨大挑战.本文通过分析疫情对山东省化工行业科技交流与合作的影响,在推动智慧发展以完善硬件条件的同时,提出通过软硬兼施进一步推动智慧化交流与合作的新路径,为新时代背景下的山东省化工行业智慧化发展提供参考.
