Abstract
中医学认为,产后痹主要是气血亏虚、诸邪乘虚而入所致,痰、瘀为病理产物,肝气不疏为主要原因.临床以气血亏虚型为主证,兼杂风寒外袭、寒湿痹阻、湿热阻络、肝郁气滞、痰瘀互结等辅证.治疗应补益与祛邪相结合,其中补益又以甘温益气为法.结合临证,辨证论治,随症加减,希冀为临床治疗、遣方用药提供参考.
