Abstract
基于有限元Sysweld软件开发的窄搭接电阻缝焊有限元计算模型,研究焊接速度对高强度双相钢窄搭接电阻缝焊过程温度场、应力/应变场的影响.结果表明:焊接速度的增加会显著降低焊接热输入,从而减少熔核尺寸和塑性环尺寸,降低接头强度,并且还会显著地增加错位量,加剧接头负载时的应力集中程度,降低接头负载强度.
