Abstract
以HTPB、PPG、PCL、MDI为原料,DOPO为阻燃剂,制备一种端羟基聚丁二烯基聚氨酯,研究了其力学及阻燃性能.结果表明,随DOPO含量增大,聚氨酯力学及阻燃性能逐渐提高,当DOPO含量为10％时,其硬度、拉伸强度及弹性模量分别为邵氏92D、33.15 MPa、1050.84 MPa,同时,其高温热稳定性增强,残炭率升高4.2％,48.5％的热释放量被抑制.分子动力学模拟结果表明,DOPO使其阻燃效率提高了17％.
