Abstract
目的 总结戊二醛口服中毒合并误吸的诊治经验.方法 回顾性总结1例口服戊二醛中毒合并误吸患者的病例资料.结果 患者经过护胃、肾上腺素皮质激素、抗感染、纤维支气管镜肺灌洗、营养支持等综合救治,痊愈出院.结论 口服戊二醛中毒,治疗上以早期禁食,营养支持,质子泵抑制剂联合抗生素等内科治疗为主;戊二醛吸入中毒,治疗上主要予以氧疗、肾上腺皮质激素、预防和控制感染以及针对并发症的支持治疗.
