Abstract
以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)为交联剂,对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行化学交联改性.结果表明:功能化石墨烯(KRGO)与交联结构对HDPE抗静电性能具有协同作用.KRGO质量份为3份时,通过提高HDPE交联度可以促进石墨烯导电通路的形成,KRGO/HDPE复合材料产生良好抗静电性能.当交联度为40.00%~50.00%时,类渗流区域出现;当交联度为49.43%时,KRGO/HDPE复合材料体积电阻率可降至109 Ω·cm.
