Abstract
用显微镜观察为害紫芝(Ganoderma sinense)的一种谷蛾幼虫及其蛹和成虫形态特征;应用DNA条形码技术扩增其线粒体COI基因序列,并在GenBank数据库进行比对,通过邻接法构建系统发育树.结果表明:该谷蛾COI基因序列与台湾斑谷蛾(Morophaga formosana)的相似性为97.7％,在系统发育树上两者聚为一支,置信度为100％;结合显微镜观察结果确定该谷蛾为台湾斑谷蛾.
