双温段热轧态镁铝层合板性能分析

Abstract
为获得性能优异的镁铝层合板,利用不同的双温段热轧工艺得到热轧扩散态及热轧相变态镁铝层合板.通过拉伸试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等对其组织、拉伸特性与断裂特征进行了分析.结果表明:在热轧扩散态层合板中,其扩散层厚度为6.6μm,在镁层出现了应力集中和45°切向断裂,其RD与TD方向的抗拉强度分别为95.6和182.2 MPa;在热轧相变态层合板中,其扩散层厚度约13.4μm,镁层的变形不均匀有所减弱,在拉伸中更易受正应力作用发生韧性断裂,其RD与TD方向的抗拉强度分别为162.9和195.0 MPa.
