Abstract
试验旨在建立一种改良快速、简单、便宜、有效、耐用、安全的(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,safe;QuEChERS)前处理技术结合气相色谱-串联质谱(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定4种蔬菜(番茄、韭菜、黄瓜、小白菜)中毒氟磷残留的方法.样品经乙腈提取,经GCB、PSA和C18分散固相萃取净化,浓缩后,经TG-5 MS色谱柱分离,使用GC-MS/MS检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量.结果 表明:在5~1000 μg/L范围内,毒氟磷峰面积与进样质量浓度之间线性关系良好(R2大于0.9991),定量限(SLOQ)为0.005 mg/kg;添加水平在0.005,0.05,0.5和3mg/kg时,该方法的平均回收率在89%104%之间,相对标准偏差(SRSD)为2.4%~7.2%.该方法具有良好的灵敏度和重复性,能够对蔬菜中毒氟磷的残留进行快速、准确的测定.
