Abstract
2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体的生成可提高转炉渣的脱磷能力,也有利于渣中磷的回收,但目前多元渣系中各组元活度的变化规律还不清楚,无法具体分析2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5含磷固溶体的形成机理.为此,本文建立了CaO-SiO2-FeO-P2O5-MnO-Al2O3渣系的活度计算模型,依据离子分子共存理论分析影响2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体生成的组元活度变化规律.结果表明,随着渣中MnO、FeO、Al2O3含量及温度的升高,2CaO·SiO2的活度逐渐降低,对2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5的生成造成不利的影响;随着炉渣碱度的升高,渣中的2CaO·SiO2、3CaO·P2O5活度呈升高的趋势,可促进2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5的生成.
