不同速度下掘锚机的爬坡性能分析

Abstract
针对某型掘锚机履带系统,建立了其动力学模型并进行了动力学仿真.在此基础上,对影响履带车辆爬坡性能的因素进行了分析.通过对掘锚机爬坡过程的运动学与动力学分析,得到了带速对掘锚机爬坡性能的影响关系.分析了不同速度下掘锚机在爬坡过程中质心高度、履带张紧力和质心横向偏移程度,以此三方面作为评价爬坡效果的因素,得到带速为7 m/min时,掘锚机爬坡效果最好.
