Abstract
姜黄素是姜黄(Curcuma longa L.)中的主要活性成分,在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗纤维化、抗炎、心肌保护等多方面具有显著疗效.但其化学性质不稳定,水溶性差,生物利用度低.通过综述姜黄素提取分离、药理作用及应用新进展,以期为今后姜黄素的开发利用提供科学依据.
