Abstract
慢性阻塞性肺疾病是肺系疾病中的常见病,临床上除了咳嗽、咯痰、气喘等症,还可兼见腹部胀闷、不思饮食、肌肉萎缩、营养不良等各种肺系之外的表现.基于《素问·咳论》中提出的"此皆聚于肺,关于胃"理论,认为论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病除了治肺以外,还可通过治胃,使中土得运,肺气得固,宣发肃降有常,则咳喘诸症自平而收功.
