石决明散为古今同名异药代表方剂,载于十余种专著,各书中药物、证治相差甚远,易于混淆.本文查阅古今文献发现本方虽多、但以眼科为主,肝经风热为主要病机,清肝疏风、明目退翳是主要功效,主治肝热类眼病、眼生翳膜、眼生障等,现总结如下,以供参考.
