Abstract
劳拉西泮系一种苯二氮卓类药物,骤停劳拉西泮导致癫痫发作已有数例报道[1-5],但多发生于长期大量应用后[6].笔者在临床工作中遇到1例患者劳拉西泮用量仅1 mg/d,系小剂量应用,骤停后发生癫痫发作,较为罕见.现报告如下.
