叔丁基对苯二酚和没食子酸对构树青贮营养成分和发酵品质的影响

Abstract
在新鲜全株构树中分别添加叔丁基对苯二酚(T1:2g·kg-1、T2:4g·kg-1)和没食子酸(G1:10g·kg-1、G2:20g·kg-1),无添加剂为对照组(CK).青贮60d后取样,分析抗氧化剂对构树青贮养分和发酵品质的影响.结果表明:T1组粗蛋白含量显著高于CK组;G1和G2组干物质含量和中性洗涤纤维含量显著高于其他组,G1和G2组pH值和氨态氮含量显著低于CK组.添加没食子酸可提高构树青贮的干物质保存率,并减少非蛋白氮的产生,推荐添加量为10 g·kg-1.
