主体性视域下的师幼对话表现为对话的目的以传授知识为主,幼儿主体性缺失,对话的过程缺乏相互理解.师幼对话从主体性转向主体间性将回归幼儿为本的教育初衷,彰显教师的生命价值.在主体间性视域下,我们应以师幼共同发展为对话目的,以双向建构和整合为对话方向,以相互理解为对话过程.
