Abstract
为更好地开发利用我国丰富的芝麻种质资源,以全国不同纬度地区收集的90份芝麻样品为研究对象,对芝麻样品油脂的甘油三酯(TAG)组成特征进行测定,采用SPSS 24.0进行数据统计分析,研究TAG组成特征与芝麻品种和产地之间的关系.结果表明,品种间、产地间芝麻油脂的TAG组成特征均具有显著差异.
