Abstract
QuEChERS提取技术是一种近年来兴起并快速得到运用推行的前处理技术,其凭借诸多的优点在农药残留领域被广泛运用.该技术基于固相萃取法(SPE),利用吸附剂与基质中杂质的相互作用,从而达到净化的目的.方法比SPE操作更简便,净化效果好.本文综述了近年来QuEChERS技术在不同领域的农药残留检测中的研究进展及对其未来的发展进行了展望,旨在为今后QuEChERS方法在农药残留检测领域的进一步开发利用提供参考.
