沈钦荣主任中医师系浙江省名中医,行医三十余载,学验颇丰,在治疗膝痹方面有其独到见解.笔者有幸跟师随诊,受益颇多,现将其相关经验简介如下.
1 辨证论治
1.1 整体辨治,五脏同补:中医学认为,人之为病一由正虚,一由邪侵.正虚有以一脏虚损为主者,邪侵有从一脏始发者,但五脏紧密相联,不能独顾一端[1].
