水产品质量安全直接关乎我国从传统渔业向生态渔业转变进程,为促进我国渔业经济可持续发展,需要重视水产品兽药残留检测问题.为此,笔者结合自身工作经验,概述了我国水产品中兽药残留的现状;简述了水产品中兽药残留检测的前处理和检测分析方法;展望了我国水产品中兽药残留检测技术发展的目标.
