Abstract
嵌顿痔是一种急性痔病,如不能及时得当治疗,痔核缺血加重,可导致黏膜表面出现缺血糜烂,甚至溃疡坏死、感染、脓肿、出血等.因此,应及时解除痔体嵌顿、减轻患者痛苦.近年来,我院对于嵌顿痔在常规外涂痔疮膏、痔疮栓纳肛处理的基础上,予以冰敷,效果明显更好.现总结报道如下.
