Abstract
柴胡,《神农本草经》中别名茈胡、地熏,《本草经集注》中又有名山菜、茹草叶、芸蒿,位列上品,为中医学常用药,在医圣仲景《伤寒杂病论》中运用层见迭出.因其炮制方式的多样性,赋予其解表退热,疏肝解郁,疏肝调经,升举阳气的作用.又因其归经肝胆,而女子以肝为先天,生理上具有易怒、易郁结的特殊性,故柴胡在女科中应用日趋增多,现已成为妇科常用药,然证之有不同,用之当谨察间甚.
