Abstract
不明原因发热因其不能明确病因而缺乏有效治疗.本文以马晓北从"三阳热郁"诊治不明原因发热病案一则为例,提出应六经辨证结合八纲辨证,审证求因,明确病机,以疏通气机为要,治以"透、清、和"三法,化裁使用升降散、柴胡桂枝汤、四妙勇安汤,取得疗效.
