千年健多糖提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
目的 优化千年健多糖提取工艺,考察千年健多糖抗氧化活性.方法 以提取温度、提取时间、料液比和醇沉浓度为影响因子,多糖得率为指标,响应面法优化千年健多糖提取工艺.通过考察多糖对DPPH·、OH·、ABTS+·、O2-· 的清除能力,研究其抗氧化活性.结果 最佳提取参数:提取温度72℃,提取时间70 min,料液比1:46,醇沉浓度79％,多糖对DPPH·、OH·、ABTS+·、O2-· 均表现出较好的清除效果,EC50分别为2.04、2.53、2.99、2.35 mg·mL-1.结论 该工艺稳定可靠,千年健多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力.
