随着教育经费投入力度的逐年增加,国家对教学科研设备尤其是大型精密仪器设备的投入也不断增加,地方普通高校大型精密仪器的数量得到很大的提高,如何提高地方普通高校的仪器设备利用率是亟待解决的问题.从福建普通高等院校大型仪器设备管理情况入手,提出地方普通高等院校大型仪器设备管理的建设与思考.
