面向本科生开放增加了科研实验室安全隐患,结合山东农业大学作物生物学国家重点实验室的安全管理工作实践,分析如何消除这些安全隐患,着重从重视本科生的心灵品质建设、多层次协同管理、安全检查、实验室管理队伍建设4个方面,探讨高校开放科研实验室的安全管理,实践证明切实可行.
