Abstract
通过对复合材料力学性能测试、热失重分析、扫描电镜、X射线分析等测试手段表征了7种不同种类添加剂对可陶瓷化硅橡胶性能的影响.结果表明:添加剂的引入使得陶瓷体的残余质量分数有较大提升,复合材料热稳定性有一定程度提高.当添加剂为铝(Al)、碳化硼(B 4 C)、氮化硼(BN)时,对于复合材料热稳定性以及陶瓷体力学性能的提高较为明显,综合性能由好到差依次为:Al>B 4 C>BN>未添加.
