Abstract
1病例资料患儿,女,3岁,因"确诊急性淋巴细胞白血病3月余,皮肤瘀斑2天"收入院.入院诊断:1、急性淋巴细胞白血病(B系中危CR1);2、化疗后骨髓抑制.患儿按CCCG-ALL2020方案中危组化疗,现已完成诱导缓解化疗、巩固化疗前3次大剂量甲氨蝶呤(HDMTX)治疗.d19评估达完全缓解.既往有热性惊厥;精神运动发育较同龄人相仿.否认遗传性出血性疾病和自身免疫性疾病家族史.
