卷柏为传统中药,在临床应用广泛,其中富含黄酮类成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗过敏、调血脂、改善认知障碍、抗骨质疏松及促血管生成等活性.本文对卷柏总黄酮在化学成分、提取纯化、质量控制、药理活性等方面的研究进展进行综述,为卷柏及其主要成分总黄酮的研究开发提供参考.
