介绍治疗慢性下肢静脉功能不全疾病的经验,本病病机当以脾虚为本,湿阻为标,湿邪是形成本病的关键因素,治疗应以升阳除湿为主要治则,以益气升阳、风药升阳、淡渗利湿为治法,配合活血化瘀之法.临证应用升阳除湿汤加减,尤擅运用风药,临床疗效显著.
