Abstract
从中医经典及现代医学对慢性胃炎病机的认识入手,认为该病基本病机为脾胃虚弱,应立足于脾胃,攻补兼施进行治疗,但由于各医家见解不同,辨证分型及施治亦有各自特点,辨证论治标准仍不统一,影响临床规范化研究及辨证治疗.因此,在今后的研究中应进一步明确中医药的具体作用靶点和机制,从而提高临床疗效.
