泉州市平菇木霉病菌的分离及鉴定

Abstract
利用形态学和现代分子生物学手段相结合的方法,对泉州平菇厂发生的木霉病害进行分离纯化分析.结果表明:从泉州平菇生产厂获得3株木霉菌株,分别为里氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei)、侧耳木霉(Trichoderma pleuroticola)及长枝木霉(Trichoderma longibrachiatum).木霉菌株的ITS序列测定与比对分析结果与形态学鉴定结果一致.
