Abstract
患者,男,47 岁,7 d前因右胫腓骨骨折于外院行右胫腓骨闭合复位髓内钉内固定术,术后持续高烧,创面持续流脓.于2019 年10 月23 日至中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六〇医院就诊.入院查体:右膝部见引流装置,引流通畅,膝关节上下侧分别见一长约6 cm手术切口,关节肿胀,皮温高,下侧切口见大量脓性渗出;右小腿皮肤广泛红肿,皮温高,可触及明显波动感,蔓延至右踝关节;胫前上段内侧见局部皮肤坏死,颜色发黑,面积约4 cm × 5 cm.
