Abstract
孙希焕主任认为百日咳病因为本虚标实,即患儿素体脾胃虚弱,又恰逢感受百日咳时邪而发病;治疗除"祛邪"外,还应重视"扶正".祛邪主要指清热化痰,调肝降逆;扶正主要体现在泻肺祛邪时兼以润肺,以恐伤肺气太过,而复感他邪;此外在整个疗程中都要兼顾脾胃,用药泻中寓补,补中兼收,表里同治.
