Abstract
患者男,57岁.周身反复鳞屑性红斑丘疹伴瘙痒30年,左下肢外伤后溃疡半年.溃疡处组织病理示:表皮增生,灶性角化不全,真皮全层可见大量鳞状细胞团,角珠易见,伴有较多炎性细胞浸润.诊断:红皮病型银屑病;鳞状细胞癌(SCC).
