本研究以"少阳为枢"为理论指导,通过分析探讨肝恶性肿瘤的病因病机,分析归纳柴胡桂枝干姜汤在肝恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用,同时结合现代药理学研究总结归纳柴胡桂枝干姜汤中有效成分抗肝恶性肿瘤的机制,以期为肝恶性肿瘤的中西医结合治疗及中药实验研究提供参考,促进中医药在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用.
