Abstract
炎性假瘤样滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤(inflammatory pseudotumor-like follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, IPT-like FDCS)十分罕见,其为滤泡树突状细胞肉瘤(follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, FDCS)的一个亚型,主要发生于肝脏和脾脏[1-2].2021年6月丽水市中心医院收治一例脾脏占位患者,行脾脏切除术根治,术后病理为IPT-like FDCS.笔者总结该患者诊治经过,结合文献报告如下.
