Abstract
患者,女,50岁.胸背部浸润性斑块、偶有疼痛15个月.27个月前诊断为乳腺浸润性癌ⅢB期(cT4N1M0)、腋窝淋巴结转移,予化疗及右侧乳腺癌改良根治术;术后8个月右侧胸背部及左侧胸部皮肤出现红肿伴瘙痒,面积逐渐扩大.左乳皮肤病理及免疫组化示癌细胞符合乳腺癌来源.诊断:乳腺癌皮肤转移.
