Abstract
FSCC赛车空间布置的改变及进气系统加装限流阀会使其发动机动力性能下降,为削弱此影响,设计一种侧置式进气系统.采用Fluent软件对不同进出口锥角的限流阀流场进行仿真模拟.利用GT-Power对内燃机工作过程进行一维仿真,分析进气系统几何参数对内燃机性能的影响规律,提出合理的设计方案.对比分析表明:在赛车常用转速时,采用侧置式进气系统的内燃机功率和转矩分别增加3.42%和2.85%.
