转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)在机体正常发育和动态平衡中起重要作用.TGF-β反应性失调及其下游信号通路参与许多疾病的发生、发展.目前,TGF-β及其信号通路的研究已取得一定进展,但其在肝脏疾病中的具体作用机制尚未明确.本文对TGF-β及其信号通路在肝脏疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为肝脏疾病的进一步研究及治疗提供更多的理论依据.
