Abstract
以热轧厂批量试验为基础,研究了一种高温金属微纳米抗氧化隔离剂在相同工况下的铸坯喷涂效果,并比较了批量铸坯喷涂和未喷涂铸坯成材率的差异.结果表明,喷涂设备进行了调试优化并调高喷涂压力后,喷涂效果明显,且能够满足大批量长时间的喷涂运行.
