Abstract
齿状突加冠综合征(crowned dens syndrome, CDS)表现为急性颈部疼痛伴活动受限,偶有发热,C反应蛋白和(或)红细胞沉降率升高.CDS在CT片上主要表现为枢椎齿状突周围沉积一层钙盐,以后侧多见,似齿状突上加有一顶"皇冠",故以此命名.CDS最先由Bouvet等[1]在1985年提出,在急性颈痛患者中该病的患病率约为2. 0％,且大多数为老年女性[2].2021年1月我们收治了1例CDS患者,现将其诊治过程报告如下.
