Abstract
腰痛是临床常见病、多发病,针刺是其常用疗法.《黄帝内经》中有关腰痛的记载较为详备,尤其是书中有关不同经络腰痛特点的描述,对腰痛的针刺治疗具有重要指导意义.本文基于《黄帝内经》,对腰痛的经络系统分层特点进行了概述,并从经脉和络脉层面、经筋层面对腰痛的特点及其针刺治疗方法进行了理论探讨.
